At Fiona Voyage, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied for any reason, we are here to help. Please carefully review our refund and return policy below.

1. Return Policy

We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

How to Return an Item:

  2. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Please pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the return address provided by our team.

Return Shipping:

  • You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued only after we have received the returned item and inspected it. If the return is approved, we will issue a refund to your provided address in the form of cash on delivery for the returned product(s). The refund process can take up to 14 business days from the date we receive the returned item.

Please Note:

  • We can only issue refunds for physical products purchased through our website.
  • Refunds are not available for items marked as final sale, clearance, or discounted items unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for a return or exchange at no additional cost to you.

4. Non-Returnable Items
